Together, we grow our roses on approximately 100 hectares.<\/p>\n<p>Around 2,700 colleagues work on our roses every day, supported by a small team in the Netherlands. We believe it is essential that they can work safely, understand their position, and are treated fairly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"590\">A pleasant and safe working environment is a given for us. This starts with selecting rose varieties that are stronger and more resistant, and that are suitable for efficient transport to Europe by boat. Furthermore, sustainability is embedded in small, daily decisions on the farm, but also in larger choices in the chain, such as transport and the use of biological crop protection products.<\/p>\n<p>We don&#8217;t promise perfection, but we do believe in getting better step by step.
